With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Riviera Royale is ideal for larger families, and accommodates up to 12 guests in spacious comfort, while being licensed for 14 guests.
With its impressive entrance and manned gatehouse, you enter to find a delightful sub tropical landscape surrounding the Windsor Hills resort and club house offers an array of complimentary amenities available to all guests staying at this vacation home. You can stay in shape in the state-of-the-art fitness room. The popular club house at Windsor Hills provides the perfect place to sit around the resort lagoon pool, kids fountain play area, slides, water jets, spa pool and hot-tub - and sun yourself as you meet other guests and families. Kids of all ages will want to stop at the video games room, or play pool or ping-pong in the club house. There’s an on-site private cinema for guests that has regular showings of popular and recent family friendly movie releases. Outside of the club house, you’ll find picnic and barbecue stands, a kids tot-lot, tennis courts, basketball courts and a soft and sandy volleyball court. There's even a sundry shop in the club house if you run short of sun block or need a drink and a snack. A little ways in to Windsor Hills you will find a fabulous “Castle” play area for the kids – that they’ll want to return to again and again. Windsor Hills is ideally located for fantastic vacations on Disney's doorstep, with some of the best shops and restaurants just a couple of minutes away on the famous highway 192 strip, and Disney less than 2 short miles from this vacation home.
Riviera Royale villa has a bright and spacious family room to relax in together as a family, with occasional and coffee tables, surrounded by over-stuffed leather sofa and a love-seat, plus an entertainment center with a 50-inch gas-plasma screen TV, VCR and DVD player, plus Bose™ surround-sound stereo system and Sony™ PlayStation II games console (for the kids to enjoy!). If you would like for quiet time, choose to lounge around in our separate sitting room area at the front of the home, where you can enjoy a little peace and quiet.
Step out from the family room under the cool and shaded lanai, and on to the pool deck that surrounds our crystal clean pool and raised spa pool. Sit and soak-in the Florida sunshine on the cushioned, upscale deck loungers, or take a cooling dip in our optionally heated pool. Sitting in the bubbling raised spa and listening to the waterfall is a perfect way to relax at the end of each fun-packed day at the parks and attractions. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and alarms.
If the weather doesn’t live up to the usual Orlando, Florida standards – then the garage has been set up as a fun-packed games room for the family to enjoy, with air-hockey and foosball tables, X-Box, plus a pool table!
Sleeping accommodation at Riviera Royale includes a master bedroom suite, with a King-size bed, night-stands with lamps, telephone and clock/radio/alarm, walk in closet space, and dresser with cable TV and DVD, plus a master bathroom with his 'n' hers mirrored vanity basins, walk-in shower, hair dryer, roman tub and toilet. A second master bedroom suite also affords a king-size bed, night-stands with lamps, plus a dresser with cable TV and DVD, closet space, and master bathroom with vanity basin, walk-in shower, hair dryer, and toilet. There's a third (junior) master bedroom with a king-size bed, night stand with lamp, dresser with cable TV and DVD player, plus ample closet space, and adjacent (shared) family bathroom. A final junior master affords a queen-size bed, with nightstand, dresser with cable TV and DVD, plus adjacent bathroom. For the kids, there are two bedrooms, each sure to appeal – and each with a “Pyramid” bunk bed (a twin top bunk and full-size bottom bunk) nightstands, dresser with cable TV and Playstation II, DVD player, oodles of closet space, and nearby or adjacent family bathrooms. All bathrooms included a hair dryer.
The kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need to rustle up a quick snack, or prepare a family feast...but don't worry about preparing food while on vacation! Some of the best eateries in central Florida can be found just minutes away.
This Windsor Hills vacation home also offers WIRELESS Internet (so bring your wireless laptop), the FREECALL telephone system to guests - so that you can make FREE local, long distant and international telephone calls from this vacation rental by Disney (some restrictions apply – see terms), so no more buying phone cards….it's all inclusive. There is a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.
Please note that trucks, commercial vehicles, campers, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, motor homes, house trailers, trailers of every other description, boats, jet skis (or other similar watercraft) boat and other watercraft trailers, horse trailers or vans shall not be permitted to be parked or to be stored at any place on the property.
