Mediterranean Breeze Villa has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, with sumptuous sofas, chair and love-seat, plus an entertainment center with Direct TV satellite TV and DVD player - so you can watch your favorite movie. We have also provided a stereo/CD player, lots of books and novels, plus some DVD movies to watch!
Step out from the family room, under our shaded lanai, and on to the sun-drenched pool deck, with poolside furnishings to relax on as you look out to the retention pond to the rear, and enjoy the sparkling clear pool. Or why not sit in the spa and listen to the water cascading in to the main pool - to let the soothing bubbles relax you after an exciting day at the theme parks…there’s nothing better! All doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.
If that's not enough fun for your family - then why not take the time to enjoy some family challenges in the games room? This stupendous games room provides air-conditioned comfort with a pool table, recessed lighting, foosball and air-hockey tables, "pop-a-shot" basketball, electronic darts board, auto-return putting green and bar stools...enough to keep everyone entertained!
Sleeping accommodations at Mediterranean Breeze Villa include a master bedroom with a King-size bed, private poolside access, nightstands with lamps and clock/radio/alarms, dresser with satellite TV, closet space, and a master bathroom with mirrored vanity basin, walk-in shower and toilet. The second master bedroom also enjoys a King-size bed, with nightstand and clock/radio/alarm, lamp, and dresser with satellite TV, closet space, and a master bathroom with walk-in shower, poolside access, mirrored vanity basin, and toilet. There are two further bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds, nightstand and lamp, dresser and closet space. Each share a family bathroom with mirrored vanity basin, toilet and bath/shower. Finally, the sofa in the family room can be converted in to a queen-size sleeper as required.
The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you would need to prepare a family feast, or rustle up a quick snack before going out to the many nearby attractions. Guests can choose to eat in at the dining table that seats 6, the breakfast nook that seats 4, at the breakfast bar which also seats 4 - or under the shaded lanai with seating for 4 for an al-fresco dining experience....or you could always take a short drive out to some of the most popular restaurants and eateries in the area!
Combine all of the above with the location, just a couple of minutes from some of the best shops and restaurants in the area, and easy access to the parks, and you have a perfect vacation base.
